HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU ANSWER MY QUESTION?

We typically reply within 24 hours of receiving a message or email. We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as promptly as possible.

DO YOU SHIP PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! Avocado Swim successfully ships many products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the globe!

WHAT CURRENCY IS THE WEBSITE IN?

Our company is based out of Los Angeles, California and the currency is in USD.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When we dispatch your order from our warehouse we will send you tracking information for your order via email. You can also track your order by going to the Track Order page. If you have any concerns, please contact us.

After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to one of our fulfillment centers where we will ship your items within 2-5 business days. Below are the expected delivery times.

Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Our warehouses process and ship all orders Monday-Friday (excluding major holidays). Please allow 15-31 business days for your order to arrive. We know it takes some patience, but it is worth it (orders outside the US may take up to 42 days).

*We like to be conservative with our estimates and in most countries our shipments arrive in 7-14 business days or less.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact us.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries). 

I RECEIVED ONLY SOME OF THE ITEMS IN MY ORDER AND NOT ALL OF THEM?

Avocado Swim is pleased to partner with manufacturers all over the world in bringing swimwear that illuminate and inspire. Some of our items will be shipped from manufacturers in places such as China, India, Indonesia or Thailand, while others will be shipped directly from the US.

For this reason, sometimes the products in your order are being shipped separately from different locations.

Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

OUT OF STOCK/BACK ORDERED ITEMS

In the event that any of your items are out of stock, we will send you an email to let you know when we expect to have the items shipped out by. If the items are not expected to be restocked within 2 weeks, we will automatically refund you for those items. 

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?

We apologize that your shipment didn't arrive in perfect condition! Please contact us at info@avocadoswim.com with your name and order number for further assistance.

I'VE PUT A WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR PICKET A WRONG SIZE/VARIANT! CAN I CHANGE IT?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. 

Your credit card information is used automatically to complete the requested transaction and is not stored or viewed in any other way.
